Meet The Provider
My name is Lisa Dieu-Hien Trinh.
I am the owner and director of Bebe Preschool. I was born in South Vietnam and had been living in the United States most of my life. I was fortunate to inherit and adapt the best of both worlds, the Eastern and Western cultures.
I obtained a B.S. degree in Computer Sciences and had worked in the software industry for 16 years. However, it was not my first choice of a profession.
I then pursued further in search for a career of my preference. Along the path, I had worked in the marketing area, the cosmetology area, and the aerospace area. Each field had enriched my life in many ways. Nevertheless, I now accumulate enough experience and gain enough wisdom to realize that teaching is my destiny. I embrace the entrepreneurial spirit and apply it to an area so central to my life: early childhood education and care.
The main factor that contributed to my decision derived from my devoted volunteer works as Artistic Director and Founder of a non-profit organization for Youth since 1993-2020. Bebe Preschool was proud to be the main sponsor for Wings of 100 Viet Dance Company/Vũ Đoàn Cánh Chim Bách-Việt. As I have seen generations of kids who graduated from my program benefited significantly from it, became role models to their peers, and gave back to society; my satisfaction from this work is beyond any description and the best reward no money can buy.
I apply what I do best and enjoy most to become a preschool teacher. I feel that it is a nobility to be the first teacher in a child’s life. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to plant the seeds of social and emotional development as well as linguistic and cognitive competence to the children.
I was inspired by my late Father and Mother who were educators all their lives.
-My father as Professor Trinh Chuyet and his college students in 1961.
During the stormy year from 2020-2021, Bebe Preschool was temporary closed due to the pandemic. I had taken the opportunity to obtain the Yoga Instructor Certificate and the Meditation Mindfulness Instructor Certificate to improve the teaching of my existing Dancersize & Yoga classes for adults. This program was offered free of charge in hope to provide and enhance the mental and physical health of the community during this challenging time. Thank you America!
My name is Tuong-Lai Tran.
I obtained my teaching credential in Vietnam and had been an educator
advocate for Middle Schoolers from 1980-1992. After migrating to the U.S. , I explored other career opportunity education in San Jose City College and earned a degree in Electronic Technician in 1999.
A decade later, I decided to return and further developed my original career due to the love of teaching and obtained an Early Childhood Development degree from the same college in 2010.
Immediately after graduation, my prospect began at Bebe Preschool from 2011 as an assistant teacher and I continued to contribute to the growth and success of the school until present.
My name is Ha Nguyen.
I earned my teaching credential and had been teaching for 15 years in Vietnam.
When arriving to the United Stated, I have experienced working as a Nanny for 2 years.
My duty at Bebe Preschool consists of multiple responsibilities which include prepping meals to meet the standard requirements for Santa Clara County Child Nutrition Program, in charge of the cleaning of the school to meet health codes, and providing care to the children.
I take pride in performing my job as I can contribute to this school environment and make it a happy and safe place for the students as well as for the teachers to call it “home away from home”.
My name is Chi Huynh.
I am the newest staff at Bebe Preschool, taking place one of the first teachers who retired after serving here for 12 years. I am looking forward to have the same opportunity to grow in this school.
I had worked in the pharmaceutical area for 15 years in Vietnam, and 13 years of experience in the cosmetology area. I love dancing, singing, and kids.
This career change will definitely enriches my life and I am excited to travel this new journey.
